For High School Graduating Class of 2025

The Old Tappan PTO is offering two (2) $500.00 Martin G. Podmayer Scholarship Awards to graduating high school students who plan to continue his/her education at a four-year accredited college/university or pursue training in a technical/vocational school.

Martin G. Podmayer was a World War II veteran who began teaching in Old Tappan in 1951, became Principal of Old Tappan schools in 1957, first Superintendent of Old Tappan schools in 1964, past chairman of the March of Dimes, past director of Old Tappan Recreation, member of Old Tappan library board, member of the Juvenile Conference Committee, and member of the PTA.

To be eligible to apply, the student must be a current resident of Old Tappan, New Jersey and graduate of Charles DeWolf Middle School, Old Tappan, New Jersey.

An application may be obtained at www.otpto.org, More Info, Forms.

Completed applications and submissions must be received by Friday, April 25, 2025.

International Food Festival

Please join us in introducing delicious foods & treats from around the world to our CDW students and staff.

Please use this Link to sign up as an individual or group and include the country/region in the comment section. Please collaborate to create one table per country/region.

Bring food samples for 400 students. You may also bring decor and other display items unique to the culture.

The PTO will reimburse up to $300 per table for expenses (with receipts).
